our health chat
When we were surprised with a guest speaker, i knew we were in for a treat. This class was getting somewhat more interesting. When i saw that we were having a health presentation i was shocked because i was only taught one thing about nutrition, which was milk was good, make sure you eat your meat for protein, and im to young to worry about consequences. This was such a shock i wasn't able to accept it until later that day because when i was about to eat for the day, (to make up for my breakfast, lunch, and dinner) my jaw dropped because i was already making myself 2 double stacked ham and cheese sandwiches, a cup o' noodle, a big glass of apple juice, and a bag of popcorn. This was a tray of very large and filling food that i was going to inject after a day of sitting in class and sleeping in bed. This was going to be a very unhealthy sitting. It was around 8 at night and i was going to eat that while playing a game which requires no movement what so ever so there is no way i could somewhat exercise some of it. this was a awkward moment because for a second i was thinking of not eating it. then it dawned on me that i could start another day. I lost that battle, and i trust that this is not going to begin any time soon, but when it does this will be such a sudden change.
